A PAC is a unique 9-digit code that allows you to switch your number from one network to another. A STAC is a unique 9-digit code that allows you to ditch your old number from your old network provider.

How do I request a PAC or STAC from iD Mobile and switch to another network?

You have 30 days to give your PAC to your new network provider, otherwise your account will stay open with us and you’ll be billed as usual. Here’s how to request a PAC or STAC:
- Via Text.
Using your iD Mobile SIM, text PAC & your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 65075 or STAC & your Date of Birth (DDMMYY) to 75075
- In the iD Mobile app or My Account Online.
To disconnect in the iD Mobile app or My Account Online, you can:
- Open the iD Mobile app or log-in to My Account Online.
- Tap ‘Plan’.
- Tap ‘Leave iD’.
- Tap ‘Get PAC code’ or ‘Get STAC code’.
- Tap ‘Yes, proceed’.
- Live Chat.

I’ve switched to another network. What happens next?
If you do decide to switch, please leave your Direct Debit open. We’ll still need to issue you for your final bill – that includes line rental, any out-of-plan charges incurred up to the point of cancellation, and an early termination fee if it applies.
