after app upgrade price plan changed


Hi after updating my id app my price plan seems to have been changed anybody else had the same problem ?

Hi,

This has also happened to me. My plan was sim only £9 per month with 63gb data. It is now showing the same price but the data has changed to 9gb. 
 

I only found out as I had a notification that I have used all my data. 
 

I’m wondering if it has something to do with the app update, if so I think I might look elsewhere as clearly iD have got problems and are looking like amateurs.

It’s unlikely that your allowance has changed but the incorrect data amount may be displayed.

Can you please call 7777, where you'll be able to listen to your available allowances through the automated service.

If you have the same incorrect allowance amount, please let us know and we can PM you.

Hi Kash,

Thank you for your response. I managed to sort it through the live chat. It’s an error in the app apparently
