having trouble buying a bundle

I am currently trying to buy a £20 bundle for a sim card connected to a different number but it just keeps redirecting me to my home page and telling me an error has occurred.

 

even clicking “add a card” does the same thing.

 

Is there a problem with the website at the moment or is this normal?

Hey @El Lu,

Does the address on the account match the billing address of billing details?

Have you checked to make sure you have updated your details so there is an address, name and other details reflecting?

For PAYG accounts you need to manually update the details.
