Hi, I can seem to register for the ID app. I put in my mobile number both the one I am moving to and the original one and it doesn't recognise either number.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues registering to the app.

If your number is in the middle of porting over to us, we would advise to let the port complete before trying to register.

If you have any issues after the number port, please let us know.
