Unfortunately @Louise Archer, sometimes takes up to 24-hours before late payment register on the iD systems. 

Sometimes restarting your handset can help.

What kind of issue are you having logging into your account. Are you trying via the iD Mobile app or webpage?

Have you registered for the new iD Mobile app previously? 

If you receive any error messages when trying, can you let us know?
