My SIM card deactivated, urgently need it active

I recently signed into my id account and hadn’t done so on this phone before. Then randomly it deactivated my current SIM card and I haven’t been able to use it all day. I need this urgently for work. It said it has been activated but I’ve tried restarting my phone, taking out the sim and putting my name phone in airplane mode.

Hi @Ross Gargan 

 

When in the iD Mobile app/website, did you activate a different SIM card?

 

In this case it may be best to visit your local Currys store, pick up a replacement SIM card and then activate that via the iD Mobile app while logged in.
