Nightmare Cant register, login, can't do anything

My husband  has just received his sim card and although the phone is working fine when he tried to register, login, etc. he can’t access anything at all.  It is an absolute nightmare. 

Ive had to use my account to access this forum to try to get help.  You can’t get help until you’ve registered.  None of the information we’re keying is recognised.  We get something is wrong on every attempt.  Believe me I’ve tried everything and every combination possible.  We are about to cancel the contract as we’re in time.

Can anyone help please.
