Numbers can take between 8am and 10pm on the date selected/given, if your port date was 31/08/23, we’d expect the port to have completed by now.

If you’re transferring your number to iD Mobile, the transfer doesn’t happen immediately.
There can be several hours between when your old provider’s SIM card stops working, and the number you wanted to keep working with your iD SIM card.

I requested this when I purchased my phone 2 days ago. Had a text message saying that it will transfer today. Just not sure when.

When I switched my number over to iD Mobile, the number transfer was completed around 3pm, about 5-hours after my old service provider’s SIM card had stopped working.
