There is a contract offer via the Carphone Warehouse website but when I log in to the ID Mobile app, I can't see it. Can I only purchase via Carphone Warehouse? It seems strange as I've been an ID Mobile customer for a long time.

Upgrade deals are shown when you login and click My account > Upgrade

There is a better deal on carphone website compared to my upgrade options. Do I need to just end my contract and create a new one via carphone warehouse to get this?

Unfortunately we are unable to match a new customer deal.
You’ll need to check your upgrade offers via your account to upgrade.
However if you are not happy with the upgrade deals you can take out a new deal but it would be subject to a credit check and you wouldn’t be able to port your iD Mobile number to the new account.
