Refer a friend not progressing


I used refer a friend in August to have my wife sign up to iD mobile. We have both had initial email confirming that application accepted. 

Previously on checking the status page, this showed as pending, unfortunately however when clicking on the refer a friend link now to try to check status it just constantly loops back to the log in page and does not allow status to be checked.

There have now been 4 payments made but no further word on progressing the application.

Can someone please confirm what is happening with our applications.

@Alphaninja7 had a similar issue @doc1964, which they resolved by using the iD online Live Chat service. The agents work until 8pm on weekdays.

Used the chat tonight and although painfully slow managed to get an agent to confirm I was due voucher and he would take action to get it issued. I asked if this would include the voucher for my wife who I had referred. Unbelievably he told me he could not request both and that my wife would need to do her own chat request to ask for her voucher to be issued.

She then went into chat and the agent she spoke to offered her a voucher or a £15 credit on her account. This was a better option so she accepted this and minutes later this appeared on her account.

But of a faff but hopefully all sorted now, thanks for your help.

10 days have now passed and I still haven't received my voucher. Wish they had just added the £15 credit to my account like they did for my wife. Really poor service when you look at the number of posts here regarding delays in being paid.

I referred a friend as soon as I joined back in December,It constantly says processing but never anything else.I spent ages on the chat a couple of months ago who said they would message and get it sorted.I think it’s really unfair to have these promotions and not honour them.

Why isn’t this simple to do? ID mobile said I could collect the reward via Aklamio. They say that they have nothing to do with claims before 27th May. They sent me a link which just sends me in circles. Is this a scam? Does anyone actually get rewards?

And his do I use the live chat? Can I access it from the app? Why isn’t it obvious how?
