second SIM, same mobile number for spare phone

Hi,

I have a spare phone I use when I'm sailing which can take the rigours of sailing the high seas.

Can I get a second SIM for this spare phone which shares my mobile number and plan without extra cost?

The same mobile number cannot be linked to more than one SIM card.

You won’t be able to use your mobile number with two different SIM cards - sorry.

    If you're sailing the high seas then you want a HF radio and/or satellite phone.

    Thanks @andewhite I thought that would be the case…either impossible or an extra charge.

    I have a VHF radio @WelshPaul but satellite phones and usage are pretty pricey!

     

    I’ll just pack my Sim ejection tool…
