For the past 3 months I have been charge £1.50 3 texts?? I only send about 4 messages a month I have ko idea why this is happening??

£1.50 sounds suspiciously like a premium rate SMS service - have you checked the itemised section of your iD bill? Just download a PDF copy so you can review the itemised text charges.

It sounds like you may have subscribed to a service which is what the premium messages are for.
You can check the bill for the number and search the company online to request to unsubscribe.
However you should be able to text STOP to stop receiving further messages.
