I am due for upgrade, i was accepted got email saying it`s on it`s way

Then i received another email saying i could`nt have one

 I have been with ID since 2018,,, Paid every month without fail

I am really up set as getting peoples hopes up then in next breath turning us down Grrrrrr

Welcome to iD Community and so sorry about your upgrade. 

When did you process your upgrade? Did the order go through completely. 

Have you tried to process another upgrade again as the previous one didn't go through?

Yes my order went through,, It said being processed,, Straight away got another Email saying i can`t have one because of my credit, Yet i have been with you since 2018 & paid every month, No i have not tried again as i think it`s a waste of time :(:( I am really upset as i was happy with you & very satisfied with you
