cancelling my id contract after 24 months

My current contract is due to expire but I am aware that unless I actually cancel it you will keep charging me. I can't get through to customer services to discuss a sim only deal as I keep getting hung up on.

Can someone contact me to discuss offers

Hello @Samantharushworth,

You can upgrade without having to contact someone.

If you log into your iD app/account, you can click My Account > Upgrade

This will show you upgrade options available to you which you can process.

If you wanted to cancel, you can do this in the account also via My Account > End my plan

If you wanted to keep your number, just text the words PAC to the number 65075 for steps on how to do this. 

Then use your PAC to port the number out of our network and cancel.

If you don’t want to keep the number, then you can also text STAC to 75075 for a STAC code and give this to your new network who will tell us you have switched and do not want to keep the number.
