I purchased a phone 3 years ago for grandson and have paid monthly charge for him ,he now has my old phone and has put his sim in it and it is working but I need to change payment for him to monthly use only ( not to upgrade ) how can I do it ? He tried but because it's my bank account he cannot action it ,help please

You’ll be able to upgrade to a SIM only plan by logging into your iD Mobile app/website account and looking for available plans there.
