+10It may be the gradual 3g shut down is causing certain phones, even those that are 4g to lose functionality;
text services remain, however.
My MOTO G6 PLAY, lost calling ability since Monday, on the 3 network.

Have you tried enabling 4G and ensuring VoLTE is enabled on your handset?
