0 bars for over a week at home. Medway

For over a week I have had 0 bars at home. When normally I have 4.

Three status says an issue in your area. 

Normally this lasts a day or 2 rarely. Now it's over a week. 

How do I get a real status on the issue and the planned fix. 

How can I raise a case. If it carries on I will have to leave and get a new carrier and break my contract. 

Please advise. 

Yes it works elsewhere fine. Yes I have rebooted and reseated my sim etc etc.

Unfortunately not. I get 0 or maybe 1 if lucky. 

Used to be 4 to 5.been about 3 to 4 weeks now. 

Can you get an update from three, they must know about the issue and have a timeline at least I hope.
