So as mentioned yesterday I was told the technical team would respond within 24-48 hours and I’ve been waiting since Saturday it is now ( Monday ) I was just told my ticket was updated today on the 27th April 2026 so I now need to wait another additional 24/48 hours. I have now lost out on work. On paying my bills on time as mentioned I need a text code to authorise payments. This issue has been on going for 5 days I have now just purchased a new phone again In order to get a SIM card working so I can pay my bills. This is the worst experience I’ve had with a network not being able to sort out a eSIM issue within 5 days. No customer service contact number to get a hold of. I have now gathered a whole load of emails being told different things each time I’ve spoken online to a customer representative. I was also told I would be called by the complaints department on an alternative number i provided but they didn’t call that number they decided to call the number I had no access to as they was “ trying to sort the issue “ it’s caused huge stress to my life and at this point I wouldn’t recommend this network to anyone who’s looking for a contract I will be expressing my own personal experiences with this network onto social media & how it’s effected me personally as for others this network may be fabulous as you haven’t had to come across no issues with them.
