4G confirmed at top of screen, 3 bars. No Internet Access at all. Tried everything advised in Help Hub. Recently changed from Cubot Note 20 Pro (SIM worked perfectly) to a Cubot A40. HELP please.

    Is your phone tested and approved for use on the iD Mobile network, ​@Malherbe?  

    If not, the ability to use iD services may be affected - sorry.
