Please help 

My area states clearly EXCELLENT 4G coverage 

Both indoors & outdoors, however this last 3-4 weeks or maybe even longer, there has been only 1 bar which has meant that even calls cannot be made! 
 

The issue with this is when the WiFi in my house goes down I cannot contact anyone,  I have a disability and am on priority registers for Gas, Electricity & other services - I keep getting satellite only come up, my carer also has ID mobile sim and he too has had same problems at my home, I would expect a drop off indoors maybe a little but outside used to get a full 4 bars 

now everywhere within walking distance is either 1 bar or satellite only- so it can’t be used

a short time like a few days I could understand but as it’s my only form of communication and I’ve recently been in hospital it’s been almost impossible to make & receive calls from anywhere in my area! We have tried resetting phones but nothing changes - my phone is iPhone 15 pro max , carers is iPhone 13 Pro Max, so I genuinely do not understand why the sudden outage 

I cannot be without any form of contact can someone from technical please help me or tell me why 4G is suddenly not working anywhere in my area
