we are paying a high premium price for a signal, which isn’t even three bar on mobile phones here in the UK.
I’ve seen the person in the female who keeps replying back saying check Wi-Fi calling is on, restart the phone, try on another phone, try a new same I mean it’s ridiculous. Really what is the real issue with the network, surely three know!
if I don’t get any real help and not the female who keeps posting these basic silly checks because that isn’t the issue you’re in the UK you should be getting a solid three signals at least on your phone which I was getting last year this year it’s terrible. 9I’ll be going elsewhere if it doesn’t get sorted out soon
Who is the customer service manager customer experience manager in Mobile network to provide UK customers ? I’d like to hear from them soon.
It’s getting beyond a joke now.
