Thanks for reaching out. We understand why you'd be looking for a signal booster, particularly if you're experiencing poor indoor coverage.

Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't currently offer an official 4G signal booster or a service similar to the old Sure Signal.

If you're experiencing poor indoor coverage, we'd recommend using Wi-Fi Calling where available, as this can allow you to make and receive calls over a suitable Wi-Fi connection when mobile signal is limited.

We'd also recommend trying the following:

• Restart your handset and refresh the network connection by switching Airplane Mode on for around 30 seconds, then switching it off.
• Set your handset to 4G/LTE only, as this can provide a more stable connection than 5G in some locations.
• Make sure your handset software is fully up to date.
• If you're using a physical SIM, remove and reinsert it after switching the handset off.
• If possible, test your SIM in another compatible, unlocked handset to establish whether the issue is related to the handset or the network.
