For 5 days now my 5G broadband internet/data keeps dropping and has been a horrendously frustrating experience for someone who relies on streaming & VOIP.
It was all working fine this time last week with average speedtest DL: 170Mbps & UL: 25Mbps as it has been throughout the 1.5 years I have been with ID mobile on an unlimited plan in this location.
On Thursday, browsers keep timing out that pages can’t be found/loaded and/or youtube rotating circle pops up regularly. Network icon in bottom right indicates an internet connection is active which sometimes changes to ‘no internet’. Have checked all equipment, connections and done resets without success.
I regularly check the network ‘status checker’ and majority of the time it is constantly stating “we are working on an issue in this area” even when everything is working fine.
