I have extremely poor network connection and can almost never use my phone even to make simple phone calls. 

I have tried to contact live chat multiple times at different times of the day but unfortunately I never get connected to an actual person.

Can anyone help? How do I contact an actual person?

I've been using this for over a month on brand new iPhone 17 pro max. 

 my account but at this point I'm thinking of cancelling all together, as there's no point if I can never use my phone!
