I have filed complaints with ID have a reference case number. Have been waiting and chasing a manager call back for 4 days. Get promised a call within 24 to 48 hours. ABSOLUTE DISGRACE ! I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION NEXT

I have been calling both numbers daily and have been promised a Manager callback for 4 days now......TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
