If you're on an unlimited plan and would like to see how much data you're actually using, the easiest way is to check your phone's data usage settings.

For iPhone:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Mobile Service or Mobile Data.
3. Scroll down to view your current period data usage.

For Android:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap Connections or Network & Internet.
3. Select Data Usage.
4. View your mobile data usage for the current billing period.

This can give you a good idea of how much data you typically use each month and whether an unlimited plan is the right fit for your needs.
