adds on Turkey not working

Hi,

I am fighting 2nd day with ID customer service regarding my issues with adss-on bought in Turkey and my case not been solved at all. Customer service not trying to help me solve the problem but they really good to asking silly questions „did you turned of Roaming” etc. I tried everything 100 times and still cant use data and nobody cant event get in touch with me through gsm signal. I paid extra 20£ for nothing. I expect refund because i didnt use one single MB of data. Hopefully service will improve and people will get what they pay for without spending hours for problem solving. Thanks
