Thank you for getting in touch. Please follow the steps below to disable the adult content filter.
Log in to your iD Mobile account via the website https://my.idmobile.co.uk/login or the App.
Tap Plan.
Scroll down and select Manage your iD services.
Find Adult content filter.
Toggle the switch to Off.
Tap Save to confirm changes.
