After months being unable to receive calls at home….

Months ago, I stoped being able to receive or make calls at home, with all the calls going to voicemail, tried customer service, reset network, the lot. Nothing. 
After going through all the settings, online help, I found out that my WIFI Calling was on and it was stoping me from getting calls at home. 

WIFI calling of and all the calls back to normal.

 

thank you customer service for not knowing this….
