appalling coverage …

Appalling coverage and it has gotten worse. 

 

I have been an ID customer now for nearly 3 years and at first it was ok at home and at work. The last 12 months, I’ve seen a drop and in the last couple of months even worse. 

ID, you’re in breach of contract because you cannot provide the service I pay for. 

The network coverage checker shows great service at both home and work - but every time I try to make a call or receive one, it goes direct to voicemail. I receive a text of the missed call, try to call back and I can’t get through, even with one bar. 

I turned off every single feature Apple has that could play a part - no difference. 

I use an eSIM, I replaced this more recently thinking that may be the problem - no difference. 

I don’t have a physical SIM, I am happy to the that and will order one, but I am doubtful it will make any difference. Your coverage has been reasonable at best, but now it’s out and out poor. 

If upon installing the physical SIM there is no difference then the contract will be cancelled due to your breach. Of note, I should not have to rely on WIFI to boost connectivity. Provide the mobile service I pay for please. That’s the deal. 

Lastly, I ran the Apple diagnostics and it picked up the mobile service issue.  I am in SN25 and SN5 postcodes.
