Firstly a comment that I HATE how difficult it is to speak to customer services anywhere these days!!! Makes it so much more difficult and stressful to get simple answers!!!! All I want to know is if channel islands are covered under normal UK contract?? I'm going to Sark for 6 months but the list of countries doesn't include channel islands annoyingly and seems to be impossible to speak to anyone that works for ID !!!!!!!

Channel Islands aren’t listed as a whole on our Roam Free destinations, Guernsey is included. As Sark is part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, some customers have reported being able to use their services there, but this isn’t something we can guarantee, as coverage can vary depending on the local network connections available on the island.
If you’re planning to travel, we’d recommend checking your roaming settings are enabled before you go and keeping an eye on any charges, just in case the network connects outside of our included destinations. If you prefer not to be charged for roaming, you are able to set your bill cap to £0.00.
