Bad network

I am based in North Walsham and miss numerous calls.  I try to call my wife who is on the same network and her phone hardly works. She has missed calls from our doctor as it just doesn’t ring. The network is absolutely terrible and unreliable, meaning, I have no faith in my phone. How do I terminate our contracts on the basis that they are not fit for purpose. If I try and call from home NR28 0HB, on occasions, I have to turn WIFI off to get it to work. Totally unacceptable. Looking forward to help please.

I’m really sorry to hear about the issues you’re experiencing with your coverage. I’ve checked the coverage for NR28 0HB and can see that there are currently no reported issues in the area.
