i got a monthly iPhone deal from currys and 500GB ID mobile sim. This is my date 2 and the signal is so terrible and I turn off WiFi, I can’t even send a whatsapp message.
before purchasing I checking the coverage and it said “excellent” 4G and 5G in RG41 postcode. Obviously this is misleading. This is 2024 guys, if you can provide the service just say it.
One of the important factor to me was roaming point- but didn’t know that it won’t even perform properly in the UK.
i am considering to return this as this they are not performing their contractual obligations.
my question- do I cancel ID mobile first and then reach out to currys to cancel the phone deal? What is the procedure for that.
