I bought an iphone through carphone warehouse with ID being the service provider. I have set up the phone and cannot get any signal. Did some googling and tried a new e-sim but turns out that the IMEI is blacklisted for lost or stolen, on a new phone! all the livechat agents are not very helpful and say that this is an id issue and i’ll hear back, and i haven’t and some say its a carphone warehouse issue. 

Is anybody able to shed some light for me please?
