If you are only experiencing the issue when calling one specific number, it is possible that the organisation has placed a restriction on incoming calls from your number. However, iD Mobile would not be able to confirm whether a third party has blocked your number.

To help identify the cause, please try the following:

• Ensure the number has been entered correctly.
• Try calling the number from another handset or mobile number.
• Try calling with your caller ID withheld:
  • Dial 141 before the number (for example, 141 01XXX XXXXXX).
• Restart your handset and try again.
• Ensure your handset software is up to date.
