Call failed after changing to ID

Recently changed to ID Mobile and have had no issues until today when I was trying to call a particular number it refuses to ring and then just says “Call Failed”.
I can still call other numbers and other number can call the one I’m trying to contact but both me and my partner’s number on ID mobile cannot. What is the explanation for this and how can I fix it please ??
 

I have tried the network reset, wifi calling on and off, data roaming on and off and made sure my number was international format (+44)

I’m really sorry to hear you’re having trouble calling that number.

 

From what you’ve described (calls failing to one specific number but working for others), this is often linked to the type of number being called rather than your handset or SIM. In some cases, numbers like premium, business, or certain service ranges can be affected by out-of-plan restrictions or bill cap limits, which can cause the call to fail rather than connect.

 

It would be worth having a quick look at your bill cap settings in your iD Mobile account to make sure it isn’t set too low to allow that type of call.
