Have you tried calling an 0300 number? You may need to raise your bill cap as it could be a premium number.

Yes I have tried calling 0300 & it tells me I cannot make the call...maybe I have to contact my provider

Calls to 03 numbers are standard landlines by law so they will be included in your allowance or charged at standard rate

I know I have tried on thr past with 0300 number & had the same result.

This 0300 I am trying now is an HMRC NUMBER...am afraid it's a no go
