Hi @viv98,

I’m sorry to hear you’re unable to make calls, including to 0800 numbers and our automated service.

Please try the following troubleshooting:

Restart your phone.
Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
Check the iD Mobile app to make sure there are no outstanding payments and that your SIM hasn’t been blocked.
Make sure 4G/VoLTE Calling is enabled on your handset.
If you have Wi-Fi Calling enabled, try switching it off temporarily and test a call again.
Remove and reinsert your physical SIM, if applicable.
Perform a network settings reset:
- iPhone: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Android: Settings > General Management/System > Reset > Reset Network Settings or Reset Mobile Network Settings.
Once completed, restart your phone and try making a call again.

Please note that resetting your network settings may remove saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections.

If you’re still unable to make any calls after completing the above, please contact our Live Chat team so they can investigate the calling service on your account further: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat
