Question

Calls keep dropping out- full signal / Internet spotty- no signal when there should be

Hi, I have just joined iD and I have not had the greatest start with it. I'm in London today and supposedly have full 5G coverage, phone says no issues and shows 5G, but I've just had a phonecall drop out maybe 10 times and I've had the ring the person back. I have not seen the screen when its done this so not sure what message comes up.

Conversely at other times such as on the train up here I am losing data signal when it appears I should have full bars and I have had to restart my phone to get signal again.

Any help appreciated 👍

Hi Tyler, I was sitting in Euston Station when the calls kept dropping out. And I was on the train travelling through places like Grove Park and London Bridge when I didn’t have any data signal. I have a Moto G55 5G. Many thanks.

    Hi @Tyler C

    NW1 2RT

    SE12 0DZ

    SE1 2SW

    WC2N 5HF

However as I explained in my message, I was on a travelling train so the postcodes are only estimates.

Hey there @G3miniStar, sorry to hear that.

I can see in NW1 2RT, SE12 0DZ, SE1 2SW and WC2N 5HF, Three UK are currently working on the network in this area at the moment. We're sorry for any disruption this may be causing.

We hope to be finished working on these improvements as soon as possible.

We'll add any further updates here:

How long have you had issues for?

    Thanks,

    Tyler

@Tyler C You’re having problems in ALL of those areas? I’ve only just joined Three and have had problems since joining. I also had an issue yesterday in a different location and your checker tells me you’re having problem there too. Are you able to explain why please? This seems like a very bad network.

Hey there @G3miniStar, I can indeed see Three UK are working on issues in all these areas, or upgrading the signal, yes.

    When did you join us?

    Thanks,

    Tyler
