calls not working

Normal calls won’t work both outgoing and incoming. I have to make all calls via WiFi or using internet. Why isn’t it working?

I am sorry to hear of the trouble you have had with your coverage @Mikemason123

Can you please check your coverage here to see if there are any current outages in your area - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/help-and-advice/coverage

Some materials and structures can also affect signal strength.

Can you try switching to 4G only to see if that helps? Do you have VoLTE enabled?

    Hello, coverage fine.

I have an iPhone 13pro so VoLTE is automatically on, I have also reset network settings with no luck. I can see from the forum that many people have this issue, did anyone have any solution? May be time to leave.

    Hi @Mikemason123

    We’re sorry to hear this.

Is it just calls affected or other services too?

    Thank you.

When was the last time you’ve replaced the SIM?

I haven’t replaced it since I started with ID mobile which is well over a year ago

Hi there @Mikemason123, I’d recommend trying a replacement SIM card. See how to get one below:
