I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble making and receiving certain calls.

If you’re able to call some numbers but not others, it may be because the affected numbers are classed as out-of-plan services. Your inclusive minutes cover standard UK mobile numbers and numbers beginning 01, 02 and 03. Other numbers, such as premium-rate, non-geographic, shortcodes and certain non-standard 07 numbers, can carry an additional charge.

If your Bill Cap is set to £0, any call that would result in an additional charge will be blocked.

If you’re also finding that some standard UK numbers cannot call you, please let us know, as this may be a separate issue that we can help troubleshoot.
