Can't call or text on my usual SIM

I can't make any calls or send any texts. I've turned my phone on and off, toggled flight mode, and taken out the SIM and wiped it. Still nothing. Both should be unlimited on my SIM. What should I do?

    Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

    I'm sorry to hear you're unable to make calls or send texts. As you've already tried restarting your phone, toggling Airplane Mode, and removing and reinserting the SIM, we'll need to do some further checks.

    Please can you confirm the following:

    • What handset are you using (make and model)?
    • Are you seeing any signal bars, "No Service", or "Emergency Calls Only"?
    • Are you able to use mobile data, or are all services affected?
    • Have you tried the SIM card in another handset, if available?

    If the SIM does not work in another phone either, it may indicate a SIM or account-related issue. If it works in another handset, the issue may be with your device settings or handset compatibility.
