I've tried ringing my home phone number from my mobile (id contract) but phone not ringing keep getting a message on my mobile phone screen 'Server Unreachable'

@Tally702410  I take it you previously had good service with IDMobile? There can be many reasons why this is happening. First take-out and put back you sim card in your phone and make sure it's fitted correctly and sitting flat. (Sometimes if a device has had a knock of fall sim card may not be making contact properly).

Now check the network to see if there's be any reported issue in you post code area here is a link just enter you post code and also check the coverage checker.

Hopefully it was just a temporary service maintenance at the time and you're back up and running now.

Hi, i had to update my mobile from 3g to 4g as apparently 3g is not in use anymore on the three network. Would have assumed would have received a text to let customers know regarding having to update. All up to date now though.
