We're sorry to hear you're unable to make calls.

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Restart your phone.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for 30 seconds, then turn it back off.
• Check that you have a mobile signal.
• Make sure your phone's software is up to date.

For iPhone: Reset Network Settings:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General.
3. Select Transfer or Reset iPhone.
4. Tap Reset.
5. Choose Reset Network Settings.
6. Your phone will restart.

For Android: Reset Network Settings:
(Steps may vary slightly depending on your device.)

1. Go to Settings.
2. Tap General Management or System.
3. Select Reset.
4. Tap Reset Network Settings.
5. Confirm the reset.
6. Restart your phone once the reset has completed.

If you're using a physical SIM, we'd also recommend removing and reinserting it.

If you're still seeing "Call Failed" after trying the above, please let us know the make and model of your phone, whether you're using a physical SIM or eSIM, and whether you're able to send texts or use mobile data, so we can help investigate further, additionally, also provide your postcode so that we can check the coverage for your area.
