Can’t make or receive calls indoors on iD Mobile

Hi, I can’t make or receive calls at home on iD Mobile. Three different iD Mobile users in the same house have the same issue. Calls only work if I force Wi‑Fi Calling with Airplane Mode. 

The network coverage map for my area seems fine, if I turn off WIFI I can use data to connect to the internet without issue. 

Any ideas what the issue could be and how it could be resolved? Thanks
