Since moving into my new flat, I cannot receive any calls. I thought this might be a hardware issue but I am able to receive calls from most other areas. I realise it was only when in my new flat.

I don’t get any notice that a call is coming in and it doesn’t appear in my missed calls list, all I get is a text message from “Missed Calls” with text from all the calls missed, their number and when.

My phone is an IPhone 12

My postcode is E17 5HD

I need urgent help as am missing a lot of important medical calls as a result.
