Can’t Receive Texts – Safety Concern

I haven’t been able to receive SMS text messages, though I can still send iMessages and texts. Last night, this left me in a really vulnerable situation—I couldn’t get a verification code to book a taxi home when public transport wasn’t running.

 

I’m really disappointed this happened and honestly feel lucky that nothing worse happened. Being alone in that situation as a young woman was stressful and unsafe.

 

I’d appreciate it if this issue could be fixed as soon as possible, and I’d like to discuss compensation for the trouble and risk this caused.

 

Please let me know when I can expect a resolution.

Hi 

Please can I have a response. The chatbot hasn’t been helpful. If you can’t help me to get my text messages then please can you let me know how to cancel my contract
