Hello all,
I cannot receive phone calls. Why? I checked the status on id website and it says active.
Furthermore at home the line often drops.
Not happy.
Hope someone help me to fix the problems.
How can I get some help? Please.

2) Have you ever had service in the effect area?
3) If possible test your sim card in a known working device, where possible if you know anyone on IDMobile to test the service in the area you're having no service to eliminate your sim or device.
4) Sometime the network status checker may show services as ok but faults or maintenance work's do take time to be updated I'm afraid.
