Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Restart your handset.
• Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
• Ensure your handset software is fully up to date.
• Check that your preferred network mode is set to 4G/LTE or 5G Auto.
• Enable VoLTE/4G Calling if your handset supports it.
• Reset your network settings.
• Try calling a few different landline numbers to confirm whether the issue affects all landlines or only specific numbers.
• If possible, test your SIM in another compatible handset to see if the issue persists.
