cannot ring landline

I joined Id mobile on Monday and have just tried to ring a neighbours landline and it doesn’t connect or ring, I tried my drs landline and that is the same but I can ring mobiles! Can anyone help

I have done a reset but it still doesn’t work

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Restart your handset.
Turn Airplane Mode on for around 60 seconds, then switch it back off.
Ensure your handset software is fully up to date.
Check that your preferred network mode is set to 4G/LTE or 5G Auto.
Enable VoLTE/4G Calling if your handset supports it.
Reset your network settings.
Try calling a few different landline numbers to confirm whether the issue affects all landlines or only specific numbers.
If possible, test your SIM in another compatible handset to see if the issue persists.
