cant call

I have recently moved house It shows as 2 bars but if I try to make a call it doesn’t go through and incoming calls go through to voicemail. I have wifi calling enabled but that doesn’t seem to work either.

i have been a member for years and no problems, do i need to replace my sim? Phone works outside my house but can you please suggest a solution?

Thanks for reaching out, and we’re really sorry to hear about the signal issues since your move.
If your phone works fine outside the house, it’s likely a coverage issue in your new area. Even with 2 bars showing, calls may struggle to connect if the signal is weak indoors. Since WiFi Calling isn’t working either, we’d recommend the following steps:

-Restart your phone to refresh the network connection.
-Check your WiFi Calling settings to ensure it's fully enabled.
-Try your SIM in another phone to rule out device issues.
-If the issue persists, we can look into replacing your SIM.
